ThinkerThunker's - The Whoop ProjectHey, I'm ThinkerThunker! In a recent analysis I compared two different unknown "whooping" vocalizations that were recorded 2,000 miles and fifty years apart, and found that both have what I call the same "Sonic Fingerprint," that doesn't match any known species, and couldn't be mimicked or manufactured by man. I noticed in the comments of that video that people from all over claimed they've been hearing those exact vocalizations for years and just never knew who or what it was. Now with my "Whoop Project" I'll be asking volunteers to: 1. Record those whoop vocalizations 2. Note the location, with GPS if possible 3. Give a brief description of what they were doing at the time (hiking, camping, walking the dog, etc ...) and what led up to the encounter. 4. Post that recording on their google drive or wherever, then email me the link along with the other pertinent info above. I will then verify & plot each encounter on a map, to see if patterns arise, & share that info with you.
